1. Netgear Router Shipping
All Netgear routers, mesh systems, and accessories are shipped from our US-based fulfillment centers.

3. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your Netgear router leaves our warehouse.
Track in real-time via FedEx/UPS/USPS websites or app.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship Netgear routers to:
- P.O. Boxes (physical street address required for delivery)
- Certain restricted countries (shown at checkout)
- APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time
We comply with all U.S. export regulations and trade restrictions.

6. Address Accuracy
Important: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may require reshipping fees.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your Netgear router:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or delivery area
- Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark delivered early
- Contact us at shipping@orbirouter.shop with your order number. We’ll open a carrier investigation
We’ll work with you to file a claim. Replacements or refunds are determined after carrier investigation concludes.
